Above and Beyond

I bought a car a couple of months ago, the buying experience was great they were happy to answer all my questions and for me to arrange an AA inspection before I decided to purchase. Unfortunately the car developed a fault not long afterwards, but they went above and beyond to get it sorted for me (despite the fact that, due to so many previous bad experiences with other garages we came in with a bit of an attitude...sorry about that!), right up until the day I was meant to pick the car up and I called in the morning to ask if there was any chance it could be dropped off as I was a bit stuck, and the car was at my door by 2pm. Couldn't have asked for a better service
