I purchased a black Ford Kuga from REO I instantly fell in love with, Leigh was brilliant and helped me with all my questions and talked me through the purchasing options which was straightforward and all completed in 10 minutes over the phone. Mark delivered the car 240 miles to Broadstairs from Wales and I was made up with the car, I did however have a couple of issues and contacted Gareth the owner immediately, he was really kind and went truly above and beyond all expectations to remedy the problems I had with the car. Its 100% perfect now thanks to Gareth and Mark in sales. The aftercare is incredible.

I can't praise them enough as that always panics me when you have issues after purchasing a used car, but the guys at REO Car Sales sorted everything out swiftly. They are a great bunch of guys and can highly recommend them for your next car!

I travelled from westmidlands to this place to buy a car and I cannot tell you how wonderful these guys are very professional and ethical. They are very friendly and you guys dont feel like someone is forcefully selling you the car but acutally genuinely there to satisfy your needs and its not just about business but competence and trust with their customers. Brendon dealt with me and my family and what a lovely young man he is very respectful polite and a true gentleman. He done the process for me super quick and made sure everything was easy and hasstle free. Even though it was a sunday and they close at 16:00 he stayed till 18:30 for me and my family, helped us with all the questions we had and definitely knows about the cars he is selling. As it was my first time with this car he went out of his way and did all the setup for me and guided me how to connect my phone and access all funtions in this car. The way I have been treated by Brendon here I told him he deserves a raise and also I will be visiting them again in future whenever we need a car in the family. Thankyou very much to Brendon, my family was very pleased and was complementing his customer service and I highly recommend this place and Brendon ofcourse as he dealt with me. Any car you need just visit them and I am sure they will have it there.

Popped up on the friday to have a look at the car id seen on Facebook. Literally within an hour id secured the car they took mine in on part ex . No worries and was very happy with the deal . Went back up the next day to collect the car after lots of communication to let me know how the process was moving . Picked up the audi , stunning condition well looked after we'll presented and looked like brand new . We will definately be using gareth and REO for all of our future cars . Cheers guys .
